Noon Sakinah and Tanween

A noon sakinah or tanween followed by one of the six throat letters is pronounced clearly, with no nasal sound held.

How to pronounce it
Say the noon crisply and move straight to the next letter. Nothing is merged and no ghunnah is held — the two letters simply follow one another.

Common mistakes
- Adding a nasal hum to the noon, which turns it into ikhfa.
