Questions from families in Türkiye
What time are lessons held in Türkiye?
At whatever hour suits you. Availability is stored in UTC and matched against your local clock, so a family in Türkiye and a tutor elsewhere are reasoning about the same instant rather than about each other's clocks.
Which currency are fees charged in?
Plans are billed in TRY for families in Türkiye. The price you are quoted before the trial is the price charged.
Is there anything specific to families in Türkiye?
Weekend is Saturday and Sunday. Most students are Turkish-first, so reading instruction focuses on Arabic letters that do not exist in Turkish.
Can we choose a male or female tutor?
Yes. You choose when you book, and it stays the same tutor for every lesson unless you ask to change. Female tutors teach throughout.
Is the trial lesson really free?
Yes. It is a full lesson with a tutor, not a sales call, and it ends with a written assessment. We do not ask for payment details to book it, and there is no obligation to continue.
If your question is not here, ask it. We would rather answer honestly now than have you find out after enrolling.
