Weekday lessons run 4pm–9pm across the four mainland zones, which is early morning to midday for a tutor in Pakistan. East-coast families have the widest choice of slots; Pacific families are best served before school or late evening.

How the hours are worked out
Your evening, not ours
Tutor availability is stored in UTC and matched against yours, so a family in one timezone and a tutor in another are reasoning about the same instant rather than about each other’s clocks.
- You give us the windowThe days and hours that actually work in your week, in your own local time. We match a tutor who is genuinely free then.
- The clock moves, the lesson does notWhen the clocks change or Ramadan shifts the week, the timetable is rearranged rather than lessons being lost.
- Seven days a weekThere is no fixed timetable to fit into, because every lesson is one to one.
A country only gets its own page where something genuinely differs for families there. If yours is not listed, we still teach you.

Questions about timezones and billing
What if my country is not listed?
We still teach you. A country only gets its own page where something genuinely differs for families there — local class times, a billing currency, a school day to work around. Without that, a page would be the same words with the country name swapped, which helps nobody.
How are lesson times worked out across timezones?
Tutor availability is stored in UTC and matched against yours, so a family in one timezone and a tutor in another are reasoning about the same instant rather than about each other’s clocks. You tell us the window that works and we match someone genuinely free then.
Which currency will I be billed in?
Where a country page names a currency, that is what you are billed in. The price quoted before the trial is the price charged.
Do lessons run during Ramadan or local holidays?
Yes, and the timetable shifts with them. Tell your tutor and the schedule is rearranged rather than lessons being lost.
Can we keep the same tutor if we move country?
Yes. The tutor stays the same and only the hour changes, recalculated against your new local clock.
If your question is not here, ask it. We would rather answer honestly now than have you find out after enrolling.
