Who provides the service
Lessons are provided by DevKey Tech, trading as Quran Tutor Academy Online, at Office H-15, Motorway Chowk, Islamabad, Pakistan.
The trial lesson
The first lesson is free. It is a full lesson with a tutor, not a sales call, and it ends with a written assessment of where the student is. We do not ask for payment details to book it, and booking one places you under no obligation to continue.
Booking and scheduling
- Lessons are one to one. We do not run group classes.
- A schedule is agreed in advance and the same tutor teaches it, unless you ask to change or the tutor becomes unavailable.
- If a tutor cannot attend, the lesson is rescheduled or the fee for it is credited. You are not charged for a lesson we did not deliver.
Missing a lesson
Tell us in advance and the slot is rescheduled at no cost. A lesson missed without notice is treated as taken, because the tutor held the hour. We do not apply this rigidly to illness or emergencies — tell us what happened.
Fees
Fees are charged monthly and are based on lessons per week, not on which subject is being studied. Prices are shown on the pricing page in the currency for your country. We do not increase a fee mid-term without telling you first.
Stopping
You can stop at any time by telling us before the next monthly period begins. There is no minimum term, no notice period beyond that, and no cancellation fee.
What we expect
- Respectful conduct toward tutors, who are entitled to the same courtesy as students.
- A workable connection and a quiet place for the lesson, so far as that is within your control.
- Lesson recordings and materials are for the student’s use, not for redistribution.
Limits
We provide teaching. We do not guarantee a specific outcome by a specific date, because that depends on the student as much as on us — which is why durations on this site are always given as ranges with their conditions stated.
