Questions from families in Norway
What time are lessons held in Norway?
At whatever hour suits you. Availability is stored in UTC and matched against your local clock, so a family in Norway and a tutor elsewhere are reasoning about the same instant rather than about each other's clocks.
Which currency are fees charged in?
Plans are billed in NOK for families in Norway. The price you are quoted before the trial is the price charged.
Is there anything specific to families in Norway?
Weekend is Saturday and Sunday. Urdu, Somali, Arabic and Kurdish are common at home.
Can we choose a male or female tutor?
Yes. You choose when you book, and it stays the same tutor for every lesson unless you ask to change. Female tutors teach throughout.
Is the trial lesson really free?
Yes. It is a full lesson with a tutor, not a sales call, and it ends with a written assessment. We do not ask for payment details to book it, and there is no obligation to continue.
If your question is not here, ask it. We would rather answer honestly now than have you find out after enrolling.
Tell us when you are free
Availability is stored in UTC, so the tutor you are matched with is awake at the hour you asked for — not at the hour that suits us.
