Who we are

What we collect when you book a trial
The trial form asks only for what is needed to match a tutor and arrange a lesson:
- The student’s first name and age
- What they can currently read, and what you would like them to reach
- Your country and time zone, so we can offer hours that work
- A contact name, and an email address or phone number
- Your preference for a male or female tutor, if you have one
We do not ask for payment details to book a trial, and there is no field for one.
Information about children
Bookings are made by a parent or guardian, not by the child. We store the student’s first name and age because a lesson cannot be planned without them. We do not ask for a child’s address, school, photograph or contact details, and there is nowhere in the system to record them.
A parent or guardian can ask us to delete a student’s record at any time, and we will do so without asking why.
How we use the site
We measure traffic in two ways, both minimal:
- Our own measurement, which records which pages are viewed and which actions are taken. Visitors are counted using a hashed identifier. Where an IP address is involved it is hashed with a secret salt before storage, so the original address is never written down and cannot be recovered from what we keep.
- Vercel Analytics and Speed Insights, which report page performance and aggregate traffic. Neither sets advertising cookies.
We do not use advertising trackers, we do not sell data, and we do not share it with advertising networks.
Cookies
A notice at the bottom of the page asks you to accept or decline. Our own analytics stay off until you accept, and your answer is kept only in your browser. You can change it by clearing the site's data.
- Attribution — when you first arrive, we record where you came from, so that an enquiry made three pages later can be attributed correctly. It holds no personal information.
- Staff sign-in — a session cookie for academy staff using the admin area. It is not set for visitors.
Who else processes your data
- Supabase, which hosts the database and stored files
- Vercel, which hosts and serves the site
- An email provider, used only to send you messages you expect
Each is used as a processor. None is given permission to use your data for its own purposes.
How long we keep it
Trial enquiries that do not become lessons are deleted after twelve months. Records of active students are kept while they study with us and for as long afterwards as is needed to answer a question about their progress. Aggregate traffic counts contain no personal information and are kept indefinitely.
Your rights
You can ask us what we hold about you or your child, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Contact us on +923401417862 and we will answer within thirty days.
Changes
If this policy changes in a way that affects you, the date at the top changes with it.
