Questions from families in Italy
What time are lessons held in Italy?
At whatever hour suits you. Availability is stored in UTC and matched against your local clock, so a family in Italy and a tutor elsewhere are reasoning about the same instant rather than about each other's clocks.
Which currency are fees charged in?
Plans are billed in EUR for families in Italy. The price you are quoted before the trial is the price charged.
Is there anything specific to families in Italy?
Weekend is Saturday and Sunday. Arabic, Bengali, Urdu and Albanian are spoken across the community.
Can we choose a male or female tutor?
Yes. You choose when you book, and it stays the same tutor for every lesson unless you ask to change. Female tutors teach throughout.
Is the trial lesson really free?
Yes. It is a full lesson with a tutor, not a sales call, and it ends with a written assessment. We do not ask for payment details to book it, and there is no obligation to continue.
If your question is not here, ask it. We would rather answer honestly now than have you find out after enrolling.
