How it is adapted
For this student
Lesson length and why
Adults concentrate for as long as the material warrants. The constraint is the calendar, not attention, so lessons are longer and less frequent.
Where most students start
Often reading slowly with errors carried since childhood, or starting from nothing. Adults usually know exactly what they cannot do, which makes diagnosis quick.
What is expected at home
None. The student sets their own pace and schedule.
How long it takes
Ijazah Preparation typically runs 52–156 weeks at 1–3 lessons a week. The range is wide because it moves with revision between lessons more than with anything that happens in them.
Curriculum
What is covered
- 01Full-Quran recitation to a teacher
- 02Error elimination
- 03Memorised or read, by route

Questions about these classes
How is this taught?
One to one, online, with the same tutor each lesson. Length and pace are set by the age and starting point of the student rather than by a fixed syllabus.
How do we know this is what we need?
The free trial ends with an assessment of where the student actually is, and the tutor says what to work on — including where something else would serve better.
Can we combine this with another service?
Yes. Lessons are one to one, so a tutor moves between reading, correction and revision as the student needs.
Is it available with a female tutor?
Yes. You choose the tutor when you book, and it stays the same person for every lesson unless you ask to change.
If your question is not here, ask it. We would rather answer honestly now than have you find out after enrolling.
