How it is adapted

For this student

Lesson length and why

Forty-five minutes is comfortable, and the lesson can go deeper — a teenager can hold a rule, apply it, and explain why it applied. Being talked down to loses them faster than difficulty does.

Where most students start

Extremely varied. Some read fluently and want Tajweed or Hifz; others stopped at eight and are self-conscious about being behind.

What is expected at home

Minimal, and usually better that way. Scheduling around school and exams is the main thing a parent still handles.

How long it takes

Hifz Revision Programme typically runs 12–52 weeks at 2–4 lessons a week. The range is wide because it moves with revision between lessons more than with anything that happens in them.

Curriculum

What is covered

  1. 01Assessment of current retention
  2. 02Structured manzil cycle
  3. 03Weak-portion drilling
  4. 04Maintenance schedule

Honestly

What usually gets in the way

Specific to teenagers (ages 12–17) — these are the things that actually derail progress for this group.

  • Embarrassment at being behind peers
  • Exam terms disrupting continuity
  • Motivation once it is no longer a parent’s idea

Outcomes

By the end

  • Retention restored
  • A sustainable maintenance routine

Options

Same class, other options

Common goals at this stage

Questions about these classes

How is this taught?

One to one, online, with the same tutor each lesson. Length and pace are set by the age and starting point of the student rather than by a fixed syllabus.

How do we know this is what we need?

The free trial ends with an assessment of where the student actually is, and the tutor says what to work on — including where something else would serve better.

Can we combine this with another service?

Yes. Lessons are one to one, so a tutor moves between reading, correction and revision as the student needs.

Is it available with a female tutor?

Yes. You choose the tutor when you book, and it stays the same person for every lesson unless you ask to change.

If your question is not here, ask it. We would rather answer honestly now than have you find out after enrolling.
