Hifz of the Full Quran for New Muslims
Hifz of the Full Quran for new muslims, taught one to one in 45-minute lessons, 1–3 lessons a week. Memorising all thirty juz with a revision system built in from the first lesson.
Lesson length and why
Forty-five minutes, with time set aside for questions. Nothing is assumed as already known, including vocabulary other students take for granted.
Where most students start

What is expected at home
None.
How long it takes
Hifz of the Full Quran typically runs 156–364 weeks at 1–3 lessons a week. The range is wide because it moves with revision between lessons more than with anything that happens in them.

- 2Recent revision (sabqi)
- 3Old revision (manzil)
- 4Periodic full assessment
What usually gets in the way

- A revision habit that holds it
