Daily Duas for Teenagers (ages 12–17)
Daily Duas for teenagers (ages 12–17), taught one to one in 45-minute lessons, 2–4 lessons a week. The supplications for waking, eating, leaving home, and sleeping — memorised with meaning.
Lesson length and why
Forty-five minutes is comfortable, and the lesson can go deeper — a teenager can hold a rule, apply it, and explain why it applied. Being talked down to loses them faster than difficulty does.
Where most students start
Extremely varied. Some read fluently and want Tajweed or Hifz; others stopped at eight and are self-conscious about being behind.
What is expected at home
Minimal, and usually better that way. Scheduling around school and exams is the main thing a parent still handles.
How long it takes
Daily Duas typically runs 8–20 weeks at 2–4 lessons a week. The range is wide because it moves with revision between lessons more than with anything that happens in them.

What usually gets in the way
Specific to teenagers (ages 12–17) — these are the things that actually derail progress for this group.

- Exam terms disrupting continuity
- Motivation once it is no longer a parent’s idea

- Understanding of what is being asked
